The impact of luxury on the real estate market

Luxury has transformed the real estate sector, driving the development of new properties and increasing the value of existing ones, while attracting international investors—particularly those interested in second homes in Spain. Over the past decade, the growth of global wealth has made Spain a key destination for exclusive hotel brands such as Rosewood, Four Seasons, and Mandarin Oriental, boosting both high-end tourism and the premium real estate market. This phenomenon is increasing property values, attracting talent, and fueling the rise of an exclusive lifestyle, with both local and international investors eager to seize opportunities in the luxury market. Investors are looking to benefit from rising property values and sustained demand. This trend is evident in several key areas that showcase how luxury is reshaping the country's real estate landscape.
